Agreement

By creating a Caira account or connecting a Shopify store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Caira analyses your Shopify store and may recommend or implement changes only with your explicit approval. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every insight or fix will improve your store's performance.

Data processing

By connecting a Shopify store, you instruct Caira to process store and customer data on your behalf for the purposes described in our Privacy policy. You confirm that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use of Caira complies with applicable privacy laws and Shopify's terms.

Caira processes only the minimum personal data required to provide the service. You are responsible for your store's customer privacy notices and consent requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Ensure you have authority to connect and manage the Shopify stores you link.
• Review recommended fixes before approving them.
• Comply with Shopify's terms and applicable laws.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.

Limitation of liability

Caira is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from store changes you approve.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
